NC Heating and Air came out this morning to do a general maintenance on our HVAC unit. It was easily booked, they were super responsive and the window of arrival time was between 8am-10. The Technician, John, arrived around 830am. I didn’t have to spend my day waiting for someone to arrive. John was polite, thorough and professional. He made some good recommendations as far as filter changes being a little more frequent now that we have a dog in the house. The price was reasonable and fair for proper work done. They offer an annual maintenance package and the price of that was friendly as well. It didn’t feel forced and I appreciated that. I’m a believer in preventive maintenance so the package made sense for us. It also got us 10% of today’s service, and additional perk. Highly recommend this family owned group. Do not invest in the plan with these guys. it isn’t worth it. They charged me 250 dollars to dig a hole that was 10 mins worth digging. mind you this is after they spent hour to look at everything and talk to me about allllll the other things i need to do all the while I am missing work. took then less hour to fix the issue for total of over $800 for 40 months job and hour presentation on what i should be buying all the while i am missing work.
