We just started using NC Heating and Air last month to service our HVAC. Nick came and inspected our system and explained everything very well. He found an issue with our thermostat which we fixed. When the cold spell hit our heat could not keep up with heating our house. I reached out on Monday morning to Nick and he had John come up Monday afternoon and fixed our issue same day right after the storm. Nick responded to our initial call about a gas leak very quickly. He brought in Kyle within a few hrs and he was very thorough. (Friday) piedmont gas had shut off the gas indicating there may be a small leak. The had found one outside too. Kyle tested the line over the weekend because he could not find a leak. They followed up Monday to confirm the fireplace was not leaking. We were very impressed with them both.
